RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

I. Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without needing to provide a reason. The 14-day period begins from the day you receive the goods or from when a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, takes possession of the goods. To exercise your cancellation rights, please inform us by sending a clear statement of your decision to the following email: info@starstone.lt

II. Reimbursement

We will issue your refund no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned items. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the initial purchase, and no additional fees will be incurred for the reimbursement.

III. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The goods must have been purchased within the last 14 days.

  • The items must be in their original packaging.

IV. Exemptions from Returns

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Custom-made or personalized goods.

  • Goods that, by their nature, are not suitable for return. For example, items that deteriorate rapidly or have expired.

  • Goods unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.

  • Items inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

! We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

V. Unique Product Traits

Please note that each of our handcrafted products is unique, featuring traits like air bubbles, slight irregularities, or scratches due to the nature of the materials used. These characteristics are not considered defects that warrant a replacement. Custom-made items are not eligible for return due to their unique nature. Should a product arrive damaged or unusable, please email us at info@starstone.lt with a photo of the product in its original packaging for a replacement.

VI. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, securely pack the items in their original packaging and pre-register the shipment through Omniva, DPD or LP Express. Send them to the return address provided. While Star Stone will cover the shipping costs for damaged items, all other return-related costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping.
